Wedding card – forum gallery stitching card of the week

This week’s card is called Wedding card and was made by Liken. This beautiful card was made using the Form-A-Lines Wedding Hearts Pattern.

It is stitched in gold and silver thread on white card and framed with a silver cut-out border.

Wedding and christening patterns added at Stitching Cards

Six patterns for special occasions such as christening, new home and weddings have been added to the Stitching Cards collection.

They are Christening church, Naming Day, New Home, Wedding book with rings and cross, Wedding hearts with rings and bells, and wedding doves.

The patterns are available individually and in a value pack of all six designs. The pattern size is 152 mm x 104 mm (6 x 4½ inches).

Cross on a hill pattern added at Stitching Cards

A cross on a hill pattern has been added to the Stitching Cards collection. This was originally designed for the String Art Fun website and following customer requests I have converted it into a stitching card pattern.

The pattern size is 152 mm x 104 mm (6 x 4½ inches).

Camper Van – forum gallery stitching card of the week

This week’s card is called Camper Van and was made by Suemcmanus. This attractive card was made using the Form-A-Lines Holiday VW camper van Pattern.

Suemcmanus said “I made this for a friend’s 40th birthday and coloured it with Gel Pens.”

Religious patterns added at the String Art Fun website

String art picture making has much in common with prick and stitch card making. It uses nails hammered into a backing board and coloured wool or string to create the design.

Six new religious string art patterns have been added to the String Art Fun website. The patterns are a plain cross, a decorative cross, a cross on a hill, a dove, a girl praying and an angel.

The pattern size is approximately 300 mm x 210 mm (12 x 8½ inches). They are delivered by download to your computer in PDF format.

The patterns are available individually and in a value pack of six patterns for the price of five individual patterns.

New born girl – forum gallery stitching card of the week

This week’s card is called New born girl and was made by Liken. This adorable card was made using the Stitching Cards Bookmark Baby pattern.

Liken said “I used the bookmark pattern from Stitching Cards and added a ribbon plus a stamped message: 50% of Mum, 50% of Dad.”

Guitar – forum gallery stitching card of the week

This week’s card is called Guitar and was made by Patricia. This striking card was made using the Form-A-Lines Music – Guitar Pattern.

Patricia said “My first attempt was stitched on the music background paper. I improved the guitar by making a plain one on top of the background paper and then stitching in metallic threads which showed up better.”

4th of July hat pattern added at Stitching Cards

A 4th of July hat pattern has been added to the Stitching Cards collection. The design features a hat with stars and stripes and the words 4th of July.

The pattern size is 152 mm x 104 mm (6 x 4½ inches).

Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. It is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, picnics, family reunions and various other public and private events.

Flower Border stitching card patterns added at Pinbroidery

Six new flower border stitching card designs have been added to the Pinbroidery pattern collection. Each card has a different stitched greeting: Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Best Wishes, Thinking of You, With Love and Good Luck. The greetings could be substituted for alternative stitched words, stickers, decoupage or motifs.

The patterns are available in the following sizes:
Square format of 144 x 144 mm (5.65 x 5.65 inches).
Rectangular format of 152 x 104 mm (6 x 4½ inches).

The patterns are available individually and in value packs of six designs.
